I’m Samuel Vink, a coach and consultant working with individuals, organisations, and international schools. My work starts from a simple conviction: people already carry most of what they need. Coaching creates the space, structure, and honesty to put it to use.
Before coaching, I spent years leading in international education, working across cultures and through periods of significant change. That experience shapes how I work: practical, unhurried, and grounded in the reality of leading real teams.

Coaching sessions run in person or online. Consulting engagements take me into schools and organisations across Europe and beyond, from leadership retreats to whole-community change programmes.
